Mancava un ristorante del genere a Lanzarote! Una cucina giapponese di altissima qualità, in un contesto molto elegante.
Sicuramente colpisce la qualità delle materie prime, la non ovvietà di molti piatti sapientemente preparati, ma soprattutto la carta di vini e cocktail che si posiziona sicuramente tra le migliori dell’isola. Non è un ristorante per tutti, bisogna davvero apprezzare la qualità e saperla pagare, ma sicuramente è un ristorante che chiunque sull’isola si reputi un amante del buon cibo, dovrebbe provare. It was very nice experience. The food was very good and the staff is the best :)) We tried the first time sushi with the dry raspberry and it was amazing. Un sushi de muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos hizo que Shibumi Sushi lab se convirtiese en el mejor descubrimiento durante nuestras vacaciones en Lanzarote.

Cocina, servicio del personal y local a un nivel excepcional.

La comida es sencillamente espectacular. Empezamos con unos Edamame Spicy que estaban en su punto justo de picante y tempura vegana crujiente y deliciosa. La selección de sushi fue alucinante: los Nigiri Otoro Negi Shoga y Nigiri Unagi eran fresquísimos y se deshacían en la boca, mientras que el Nigiri Shake y el Uramaki Shibumi Roll nos dejaron impresionados por sus combinaciones de sabores.

Para beber, probamos el Tokyo Mule y el Sake Spritz, ambos refrescantes y perfectamente equilibrados.

I could not fault this place. Food was superb some of the best sushi I've had anywhere. Great choice of saké and lovely service. Yes it's not the cheapest but it's worth it. Had a lovely lunch when food service started on a market day and it felt very special.
